Detroit Tarp, Inc.

Zero to hero. How I ranked a Detroit tarp manufacture for its #1 keyword on the 1st page of Google at the 1st organic position. The website further ranks for 700+ keywords each month, worth an estimated value of $3,790/month. 

Detroit Tarp’s original website was what I call a “postage stamp” website (size and shape of a postage stamp) and did not rank for any of their products on Google.

Detroit Tarp had a list of product keywords that they wanted to rank for on Google. I used software to track the keywords over time. I ranked the website for every product keyword they wanted and hundreds more. 

The end result was a more modern and attractive website that better represents the company and ranks for 700+ keywords and growing each and every year. 

Simon PLC

Building a law firm website that shows up in Google for over 1,000 keywords each month, worth an estimated value of $4,250/month. 

When Simon PLC came to me their original website was built with plain HTML. No keywords or SEO had been added to the website when it was designed and developed, which normally results in a website ranking for the default website page names like, “Home,” “About Us,” “Contact Us”. However, our SEO software goes back almost 15 years to view ranking history and the original HTML website doesn’t even register as ever ranking on Google (until I built the new website).

It has taken time but Simon PLC continues to rank for the 1,000+ keywords  as well as new additional keywords each and every month/year – further expanding the firm’s online presence. This is a result of building the website with lucrative keywords and SEO when the site was first designed and developed. Like a healthy fertilized tree, the website continues to organically grow exponentially on it own – fueled by proper website design & development, regular maintenance, updates and regular monthly posts. 

Dana Foam Insulation

Organically ranked an insulation contractor website for over 200 keywords worth an estimated value of $3,100 / month. 

When Dana Foam Insulation came to me they had a list of 34 keywords that consisted of their insulation services and specific cites that they wanted to target to rank for on Google to generate leads. Today their website ranks on page 1 for most of those keywords… and ranks for another 200 additional keywords. They currently rank in the top organic position on Google (page 1, position 1) for “home insulation companies Michigan”.

The end result was a more modern and attractive website that better represents the company and ranks for 200+ keywords and growing each and every year. 

Ice Dreams

Build it right and they will come. Built with WordPress and optimized for their core keyword “ice sculptures” they are on page 1 of Google. Over time, the site has organically ranked for another for 600+ keywords worth an estimated value of $1,130 / month. 

Ice Dreams came to us without a website and zero online presence (other than social media, which doesn’t rank on Google for anything other than your business name. I built the website using an old school technique of using keywords in the domain name combined with proper organic on-page SEO techniques and the results over time speak for themselves. This website organically ranks for more new keywords over time with little work other than proper updates, security and maintenance.

Butzin Chiropractic

Ranking a chiropractor to page one on Google in a city overflooding with chiropractors all competing for the fist page of Google. Built with WordPress and optimized for the core keyword “chiropractor Sterling Heights” they are on page 1 of Google for the keyword “chiropractor Sterling Heights”. Over time, the site has organically ranked for another 120+ keywords worth an estimated value of $2,060 / month. 

Butzin Chiropractic came to us without a website and zero online presence (other than some chiropractic specific websites/directories, which don’t rank on Google for anything other than your business name. I built the website using WordPress combined with proper organic on-page SEO techniques combined with maps, apps, listings and directory creation and management. Slowly over time we inched out the competition with little work other than proper updates, security and maintenance. 

Today this website ranks for several of it’s core keywords as well as those core keywords in neighboring cites generating leads that were never before possible. 

SCI Flooring

Commercial flooring company ranked on Google from 0 to 526 organic keywords every month valued at an estimated $2,850 per month.

My latest build for SCI Flooring was focused on accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines/compliance standards. The results are a beautiful website that functions for everyone. Since it was built using my proven formula of marketing research to discover the best keywords, combined with WordPress built correctly coded for the discovered keywords resulted in the website organically ranking for more and more keywords… year after year. 

This website represents the latest and greatest in design, function, accessibility and internet marketing. It’s a superb example that beauty and function can still be accessible to everyone while naturally growing across the internet for more and more keywords related to the companies products and services.  

On Site Specialist

The grass is not always greener. I took an old outdated static HTML website that literally ranked for 0 keywords to ranking for over 1,000 keywords valued at $6,440 per month. At it’s peak, the value of the keywords reached a value of $11,600 per month. 

On Site Specialist came to me with a dated static HTML website that was not optimized for any keywords. I built them a website with their keywords on the WordPress platform and coded the site to rank for their keywords. Like very other website I build with this process it thrives and grows exponentially over time.. like a fertilized and well maintained tree. Ranking continued to grow. The site was growing old. Some of software used for the site was dated and a redesign/development was needed. Unfortunately, they decided to use another marketing agency who completed destroyed all of the work we did over the years. Ranking tanked. Today, they do not even show up in a Google search for the company name.  

This case study represents some important points. (1) It’s easy for another agency to criticize another agencies work. Talk is cheap. They can say whatever they want .. what they think you want to hear. The number don’t lie. (2) When you are doing a redesign/redevelopment, it’s critical to do it correctly or your website will be penalized by Google. This case is unfortunate and could have easily been avoided. The worst part is seeing my client who I formed bonds with suffer. All I want is the best for all businesses. I love helping businesses succeed and thrive. 

Overhead Door and Fireplace

Ranking for $10,000 worth of keywords organically each and every month.

Overhead Door and Fireplace has shifted it’s product and service offering away from fireplaces and now focuses directly on garage doors. And while this has resulted in a decline in keywords per month from 1,930 with an estimated value of $145,000 to 887 worth an estimated value of $9,260 this site is still a behemoth in the value of it’s organic online presence, despite it’s recent stagnate status. 

Another example of my proven process of (1) discovery & marketing research to curate the a businesses most valuable keywords, then (2) build the website on the right publishing platform (WordPress) coded for the curated keywords followed by (3) maintaining, updated and securing the website consistently.

849 keywords in 12-months on Google for a brand new website and domain.

When Overhead Door and Fireplace shifted from offering fireplaces and focused solely on garage doors I built a new website on a new domain. The website and SEO focused on garage door products.

This garage door website represents a beautiful example of what it takes to design and develop an attractive modern website that show the business in its best light online, was built with research and planning so that it shows up for keywords that its customers are searching and then finally delivers an attractive experience that functions so that sales people at the company and customers can utilize the website as a tool to locate the correct garage door.
